Thank you Eileen. This is so beautifully explained here. As a nurse practitioner I appreciate you connecting the dots and demystifying our awareness of how energy may be moving through our bodies.

Eileen:

At its core, the world's biofield is ENERGY itself, and the more one is aware of the functions of ENERGY, referred to by many as Universal Principles, the more one can take control of one's own biofield.

That said, the ancients revealed much about these functions of ENERGY, which recent modern-day advocates of the Hermetical writings, which describes ENERGY in a philosophical, metaphysical, and alchemical way as vital forces, cosmic principles, and the dynamic power underlying creation and transformation, such as Schwaller de Lubicz (1887–1961), an esoteric philosopher, alchemist, mystic, artist, and independent Egyptologist, spoke about in their writings, like Schwaller's masterpiece, Le Temple de l’Homme (The Temple of Man). I always recommend one read (to get a simplified version of the functions of ENERGY) Serpent In The Sky by the late John Anthony West.

Thanks for taking the time to breakdown the mechanics beyond Cartesian science, and explain the workings of the electromagnetic biofield. I’m sensory sensitive and I have an almost immediate somatic response to tuning forks, Solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats and other sounds. I use them as part of post-concussion therapeutics. Whether people believe it or not, this is real, not woo or myth.

Next do the ether! (No wait, that may be too extreme for the Scientism converts.)

I recently had three sessions with someone you trained... totally pushed me over the fence about the existence of The Field. Truly a life-changing form of therapy and complete paradigm-changing experience!

Beautifully explained and written. Thank you Eileen.

You are correct.

A common mistake is starting with well-established biology and quietly extending it into a much stronger conclusion. The body’s electrical activity is real. The claim that it forms a diagnostically useful “biofield” requires its own independent evidence, not just adjacent facts.

I agree with you and I had the same thought (non-scientist here), but would you tend to accept her argument as “likely,” given that other bodies with electrical activity/components have fields?

“…wherever electrical currents flow, magnetic fields arise around them. The currents within the body are carried primarily by ions rather than by electrons moving through metal wires, but the basic principle of electromagnetism is the same.”

I’d call it plausible that the body produces measurable electromagnetic fields. That’s not the controversial part.

The leap is assuming those fields therefore constitute a meaningful “biofield” with diagnostic or therapeutic properties. That’s where independent evidence has to begin, not where it ends.

it was your Youtube vids that convinced me to get some tuning forks! thank you peace.

I describe sounds by size and texture and thickness; possibly by synesthesia.

This is really well written - clarity without compromising on the necessary details and elaboration. Thank you so much ❤️

Well done!!! Reality is such a beautiful mystery. Gotta love it!!! 😊

Congrats! This post is such a wonderfully organized synthesis of so many different strands of science and medicine.

It's really helpful, to both clients and practitioners, to so clearly ground biofield tuning on well-understood scientific principles and practices. This increases the overall credibility of biofield tuning, since you carefully distinguish between what's universally accepted and what has yet to be proven.

I found myself wishing that each sentence pointed to the most-credible sources you have obviously digested. In that way, this essay would become a cohesive annotated bibliography for those of us who want to dive deeper. Perhaps that project is in the works? :)
